Mountains, picturesque views and peace – ten minutes from the city.
Bergen, Western Norway
Nestled between seven mountains and the shimmering waters of the fjords, Bergen is a city where nature and culture live side by side.
Green hillsides, cascading waterfalls and deep blue fjords stretch towards the horizon. Hikers find trails through the forest up to viewpoints such as Fløyen and Ulriken, with views that feel almost otherworldly.
At the heart of the city, cobbled streets lead to colourful wooden houses, lively cafés and the historic Bryggen wharf – a UNESCO World Heritage Site that tells the story of the Hanseatic past. Bergen is alive with creativity, from street art to music festivals, all under ever-changing skies.
